How will I receive the items?

We offer to your door delivery and pickup, whether that is a condo, airbnb, hotel or home. You pick a time that is convenient for you and we bring the comforts of home to your little ones.

How do I pay? 

Once you have placed your order an invoice will then be sent to your email. Your order is not confirmed until it has been paid for through Venmo.

What is your cancellation policy? 

In the unfortunate event that you don’t make your vacation or plans change and you no longer need to rent the gear, a 72 hour notice is required for a full refund.
